Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Chicago

The staff were very kind, especially Bashkim at breakfast was great! The breakfast buffet in general was very good as was the omelette. The hotel is convenient if you just need a place to stay near the airport. Rooms are large and clean. Free parking is a big plus! Lots of airline personnel stay here which is an assurance!

We loved the location- great area in the suburbs. Outside of building was impressive as was the inside. Staff were so very friendly and attentive including the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant. Rooms were modern and immaculately clean. Elevators were always readily available. The breakfast buffet was excellent- beautiful display, lots of variety, and the food was delicious. Every single part of our stay here was beyond positive. If we ever have the occasion to go back to this area, we will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was decent. . Plenty of fruit--a real plus. Also, the service was very good and polite. Lovely facilities--spacious, clean, etc. Also, great location--near lovely restaurants and other amenities. Annie Liu was very helpful with some issues we had. Great lady.
