Hyatt Regency Schaumburg Chicago

The Hyatt Regency Hotel provided an exceptional stay with professional staff, spotless cleanliness, and luxurious amenities that made my experience truly memorable. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking comfort and top-notch service. Sharath was exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. His warm, professional attitude made every interaction a pleasure and truly enhanced our Hyatt Regency experience.

We loved the location- great area in the suburbs. Outside of building was impressive as was the inside. Staff were so very friendly and attentive including the front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant. Rooms were modern and immaculately clean. Elevators were always readily available. The breakfast buffet was excellent- beautiful display, lots of variety, and the food was delicious. Every single part of our stay here was beyond positive. If we ever have the occasion to go back to this area, we will definitely stay here again!

Location and amenities were wonderful.

Property was large and clean. Big modern entrance lobby. Room was spacious, good shower and bathroom. Chose here as this was close to the large shopping centre which was walking distance.

the Staff is extremely welcoming and friendly. upon check-in we we treated so warmly and with a big smile and a positive attitude! I was so impressed with his professionalism yet warm welcoming. The bartenders I had were so welcoming and friendly and engaged me in just the right amount of conversation. We will definitely be back. We had the executive suite and the room is spectacular and well worth it.
